Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 1-3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

Delivery Estimates

PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS. All our Logistic Partners are experiencing staff shortages due to mandates. Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. We make every effort to fulfil your order within FedEx Standard of 7-20 business days from the date of dispatch, in rare cases it may take more.

1. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery(Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier).

Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour.
